How's it going? Great news. I'm down to an amazing 176lbs today (from 182). (This was over a 7 day period.) HURRRRRRRAAAAAYYYY!!! I confess I haven't even been consistent in drinking the tea, however, it's been doing wonders so far. I just ordered 4 months supply of the tea to last me the rest of the year. The coffee also seems pretty good but I have enough of it for now. My goal is to loose at least 50 more pounds to get me to my original weight. Hopefully this will do it. Thanks for everything sis. Well at first
I was not losing any weight,
but my
husband was! I got discouraged
but
