How long to use this tea is a personal decision. Some drink the Iaso Tea every day for maintenance.
Considering that worms and parasites leave behind eggs which take up to 3 weeks to hatch - a months supply might be a good place to start.
Three to Four Week Supply -
We recommend drinking the tea for 3-4 weeks when you return from traveling. Dexter and I as well as our children, Tailiah 19, Morgan 8 and Tyler 7 drink the tea each week. Dexter, Tailiah and I drink it several days each week; Morgan & Tyler will drink it about 1-2 days each week.
Whatever you decide to do, I believe you will find yourself wanting to drink it at least a few days each week, or a few times each month at the very least. You know your body, and we can always tell when we could use some Iaso Tea.
