DeleteI met at TLC rep in Dollar Tree last night. I just started talking to her for some reason and asking if she was dieting because she was buying frozen fruit. ReplyDeleteAwww man...this is my first day of drinking iaso tea. Had my first 8oz glass this morning. My stomach is cramping something awful & I'm running back n forth to the bathroom. These cramps are aggressive. They definitely feel like contractions more so than cramps. They are quick but they are frequent, my stomach has been contracting since 8am this morning. I have not removed my hand from under my stomach. Im cradling my stomach balled up like a baby. Nevertheless I was 205 at 3am last night...I just stepped on scale & I'm dead ass 202. Don't know what's going on here but I've only had 1 dose. I think I'll thug this thing out a little while longer & see what happens
ReplyDeleteKeyosha, how are you feeling now? The cramps are generally an indication of the intestinal sludge on the colon walls. For those of us with less sludge, the cramps are milder if any at all. Also, instead of 16-20 ounces a day, with food, you may want to try 12-16 ounces per day instead. Hope this helps!

DeleteSame here! I am constantly hungry all day everyday. I’m not sure if it’s because my metabolism is working again. I sweat doing everything ( putting on clothes, sweeping/vacuuming, getting out the shower, cooking; you name it). I also cramp really bad. I have been taking this tea & nutraburst for 7 wks since 3/6 and on 3/26, I lost 14lbs and haven’t been able to loose anymore. So basically in 2 1/2 was I lost that much weight. Sometimes I feel like I could throw up at times too but I don’t.

I do have severe cramping through the day at times, but mostly when I first get up in the 🌄. I'm on the toilet now as I'm typing being cleansed. I forced myself to go and it was really loose. I still feel I haven’t completely emptied my bowels. I don’t think I’ll take again. I’m having foul smelling Burps and unable to sleep comfortably.
